Congo - The Conkouati-Douli National Park
The Conkouati Douli National Park was established by Presidential Decree No. 99-136 bis of August 14, 1999. It covers an area of 504,950ha. It is located in the Kouilou Department, straddling the districts of Nzambi and Madingo-Kayes, at the northwestern end of the department. it includes a continental part and a marine part. It is limited:
North-East and North-West by the village Cotovindou, following the border between Congo and Gabon, to the point of intersection with the national road No. 5 NDINDI-GABON-NZAMBI.
West of the point of intersection with the national road n ° 5 NDINDI-GABON-NZAMBI by road then the border between Congo and Gabon to the coast, mouth of the Mikoundji lagoon: 3 ° 56 ' 54''S-10 ° 54E; then the Atlantic coast from the mouth of this lagoon along the marine boundary line between Congo and Gabon up to twelve nautical miles of geographical coordinates: 4 ° 16'54''S-10 ° 54'E.
