The Romanesque churches of Andorra is a historic complex constructed between homogeneous eleventh and twelfth centuries. The Romanesque delivered over the centuries most of the elements of our material culture between the ninth and thirteenth centuries. This period represents a historical-artistic point of intense activity from a historical perspective in the territory of Andorra. This is related to the subordination of the diocese of Urgell and the County for the ninth-tenth centuries, and struggles for sovereignty over the eleventh and thirteenth centuries.
