Loango National Park, located on the coast 300 km south of Libreville, covers an area of 155,000 ha. It represents remarkable natural phenomena of beaches, coastal bars, lagoons and plains populated by abundant and exceptional fauna.
According to many accounts, Loango National Park offers sites (former villages) illustrating the history of human settlement in the region. Indeed, Petit Loango and Setté Cama are sites that allowed pre-colonial trade.
